The trip planning and booking fee covers trip consultations and discussions as well as a custom search and property proposal provided to you with hotel details and pricing. Four to eight accommodation options are proposed and discussed, and the final decision is booked. This fee also covers changing or rebooking due to cancellation or shifting dates.
